I agree that Taro was a bit fatigued. I'm not making an excuse because he's been in the game a long time and knows his body. Still he competed in the fir$t round so he got a nice check.

I'll believe Garcia is back in form if she makes week two.

Daniel was also quite surly from the first time he got broken in the second set, which wasn’t doing him any favors
