Remember that the WTA tournaments are starting on Sundays.
For Week 4, the tournament in the earliest time zone is Austin, which is in GMT-6, US central time. So, if the first match starts at 10:00 a.m. local time on Sunday, the deadline would be 4:00 p.m. GMT, 11:00 a.m. US eastern time, and 8:00 a.m. US pacific time.
