WELL- CLEARLY, Mayo had the MUSTARD today to win his 2R Qualies match against Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard, 7-6 (6), 7-6 (8).

Knowing she might well get in as a LL could have had something to do with her decision to retire. Sure sucks, though, for others who played their guts out and lost narrrowly in the last round of qualies. I think you might be right, you should have to finish your match to be allowed to be a LL. If you aren't fit enough to finish qualies, should you be in the MD?
