Bencic made Andreescu look like she was 60 years old at many points in the match - slow, struggling, sometimes taking one step toward a shot, and giving up...
It was a very one-sided match except for about 12 minutes toward the end. Too little, too late for Andreescu.

It would have been interesting, from a Canadian perspective, to see Andreescu play Leylah - there was lots of talk here about that potential. I wasn't getting excited about it, myself, though. Bianca and Leylah are very different personalities, and I much prefer Leylah.

Leylah, for example, would never, ever do anything like this (below) - which Andreescu did after her difficult 1st round win over a virtually unknown player ranked #170. Yes, it was a 6-0 3rd set - but that came after losing the 1st and just squeaking by in the 2nd.
In my book, for her to be this incredibly arrogant, she needs to accomplish a hell of a lot more than have a good 6 months 3 years ago...
