My expectation..who will do well and who won't at IW:
Will - swiatek, rybakina anisimova, Alcaraz , Shelton
Not- Pegula , Mertens, Bencic, Sinner, Medvedev
Based on the conditions and their game...
Coco should do well but she never does, at iw. Looking forward to seeing how Mboko does..

Venus playing doubs with Leylah ..good for both, I think..venus should actually play only doubles

I agree - Venus, at her age and with her medical issue, should stick to doubles. She has the reach and serve to be very effective, but does not seem to have the stamina for singles. I hope this is her last singles wildcard, as much as I love her. Time to let some others have a chance (and the chance for a needed payday).

all hard courts are not the same. this one doesnt suit her game at all, which is why she has never done well here.. I am hoping her 'new' game - volleying more, will work better. Let us see.
This court is ideal for Anisimova, Swiatek, Sabalenka, even Kostyuk.
