Chandrika Tandon, sister of former Pepsi CEO Indra Nooyi won the Grammy for this...the last piece is an ancient shloka 'Poornamidam' etc which comes from the Isha Upanishad probably composed in the 6th century BC
Roughly translates as 'this is whole, that is whole, the whole arises from the whole, when the whole is taken out of the whole, the whole remains whole' then 'peace peace peace'. We chant it every time at the end of a yoga session.
