Cute and funny. Is this some kind of TikTok thing?

I have to question why he's playing if he's experiencing that kind of pain mid-match.

Dramatic ending to the Germany-Australia tie, either Germany winning 7-6, 6-7, 15-13 at 2:20 a.m. Zverev and Siegemund saved 2 MPs vs Hunter and Ebden.

Kerber saved two MPs to beat Tomljanovic in three, and de Minaur took down Zverev in three. Tough loss for the Aussies in Sydney. Zverev and Siegemund and Team Germany didn't celebrate, I assume out of respect for the home team/crowd and not because they were half asleep.

Germany will play Poland in the final. I think Poland will win both singles matches.

I just can't care much about this event, though. It has been some fun tennis, but who cares when there are tour matches happening?

I liked it better when there were 4 single matches in each tie. This format feels a bit "lightweight".

I would prefer 2 singles, a men's doubles, a women's doubles and a mixed doubles..that would be comprehensive and make it more of a team game....!

Because people and players complain so much about the length of the matches, how about if you give points for a match and allow a split? I mean, if you win the match in 2, you get three points. But if you split the first two sets, each team gets one point.
You play a full match in the final match, if you need to have a tie break.

This is very logical and I agree completely. But I'm afraid it is not realistic. The organizers will reject this idea, because it'll be too doubles-heavy and overall the number of matches will be too much. But if we'll integrate Davis Cup, Fed Cup and United Cup, then some preliminary rounds could be held at earlier dates, then in the final stage say only 8 teams will be left. And the meaning of this tournament will be quite big - since it will be THE team competition - one and only.

frankly, I love to watch doubles, even a second-rate team is fun to watch, just for the tactics and surprise.. so I would rather see that than a couple of not-so-great singles players
