Predictions Week of 09/23/2024 UPDATE #5

This contest is open to all TAT members who wish to participate. You can sign up by submitting picks for a current (or future) tournament. All information for the contest is in the 2024 PREDICTION CONTEST INSTRUCTIONS stickie.

There are three tournaments to predict this week: Tokyo 500 and Bejing 500 for the ATP; Bejing 1000 for the WTA.

Predictions are due:

ATP

SAT Tokyo 12:00 noon; GMT 2:00 am ; EDT FRI 10:00 pm; PDT FRI 7:00 pm.
FRI Beijing 12:00 noon; GMT 3:00 am; EDT THU 11:pm; PDT THU 8:00pm.

WTA

TUE Beijing 12:00 noon; GMT 3:00 am; EDT MON 11:00 pm; PDT MON 8:00 pm.

If any tournament schedules fewer than three R16 matches on the due date, the deadline for predictions will be extended to the following day for that tournament.

Tokyo just started Wednesday and there are no R 16 matches scheduled for Thursday, so the deadline should be moved to Friday(Thursday evening on the East coast). ATP Beijing is scheduled 6 matches for Thursday, so the deadline will be Saturday/Friday-East coast

That is also correct, Beijing deadline is also extended a day, same times.

The WTA round of 16 matches in Bejing are also delayed by a day and predictions are now due on Monday in Beijing and Sunday evening in the US.

The WTA matches in Beijing have been delayed again and predictions are now due on Tuesday in Beijing and Monday evening in the US.
