Not on the women's side. I vaguely recall a couple women back in the 70's and 80's played each other a lot, forgot their names though. Then there was that German woman with a terrible father, whats her name? I think, though not positive, there were a couple of sisters who were black who snuck into the tour for a couple years in the late 90's. I guess they're hard to remember because they didn't quite reach the levels of male players like Starace, Zeballo, Patience, and Tomic.
