Everyone seems to think Paoloni will beat everyone! What are they thinking? I still see Czechia as the strongest team here...is Paolini going to beat Swiatek? Doesn't make any sense to me!

Hmm...I see Muchova is not playing..nor Krejcikova..makes Czechia much weaker..now Poland looks strongest...Swiatek and Linette. Sometimes it is the quality of your #2 player that is decisive..
US is pretty strong too..Collins and Stearns and Dolehide in doubles.

Slovakia continues to surprise! Looking unbeatable! GB looking good too, they have a very strong #2 in Raducanu...if I didn't distrust Boulter so much I would call them favorites now to win the BJK Cup...haven't forgiven Boulter for knocking me out of the USO SP...

Yes, I was doing pretty well until she lost to someone she should have no trouble with..
I mean, if she can't even beat Bouzas, why would I expect her to beat....anybody? Especially #1 players?

Tomljanovic took a nasty fall early in the first set, no wonder Sramkova beat her easily.. no mention of it in the reports..

The defeat of the US in the bjk is the failure of captaincy..why couldn't Davenport get Keys or Kenin or Anisimova to be on the team? Collins is not well, as we all know, it is too risky though she is a good player when healthy...

Errani's much talked about underhand serve on match point.

Opponent did that to my partner in our doubles match last night - and I had feelings about it.
I can't imagine the gravity of when this was done

How much difference can there be between Errani's regular "serve" and her under armed one?
