I'm going to over a hundred thousand each day. With just the global adult population being over 6 billion, if there are 125.000 infidelities each day, that would "only" amount to it affecting at least 0,004% of that total (the cheater and the one being cheated on as the minimum). If a different 125.000 people do this every day for a year, we're up to 0,76% between January 1 and December 31 in a regular year and 0,763% in a leap year

Obviously, not the entire 6+ billion adults will be wanting, likely or possibly even able to cheat. However, let's at the very least not put any kind of subjective filter of physical beauty on this; people of all kinds have wants and needs, regardless of those being right or wrong. Which is probably why global infidelity is said to affect well over 15% for married people and at least that for those in relationships but unmarried. And there are likely to be thousands of individuals amongst the daily figure who single handedly up the annual percentage.
