While I would bet on Sinner if I had to, fact is I do think Alcaraz is the best player I have EVER seen.. his upside! should be a great match either way.

This is a 2nd time in the open era when 2 players meet in the slam finals 3 times in a row. the only other time were Djokovic vs Nadal from Wimbledon 2011 to Australian 2012. But this time it is in the same calendar year.

Alcaraz takes the first set 6-2 making Sinner look a bit pedestrian. I expect something different from Sinner 2nd set, if not, it Alcaraz's title.

He did manage to take the only opportunity he had in this set. One set all! Albeit Alcaraz still looks stronger today.

No, he just needs to get more first serves in - his toss is too low. He played on second serve almost throughout.
