Learner Tien wins 4⁷-3⁴, 4-2, 4-1 against Alexander Blockx

A year after losing that Final to Fonseca, it's a title in Next Gen for Learner Tien. I had questioned what he got out of shortening his offseason to play this but finishes unfinished business.
