I’m in Madrid right now trying to find a tennis club to check out - not play, just see the place. So far, all I am finding are private clubs that only members can enter. But I thought clubs here let nonmembers eat at the restaurants. I’m having a hard time finding one where I could go.
Maybe I should be looking for a public club? But I don’t want to just find public courts - looking for a place with a facility, ideally, with a tennis shop and maybe a restaurant.
Any ideas?

My only idea is: HAVE FUN!
Enjoy the city. A truly great place. Sorry I can't be of help with the tennis.

Megan, I sent a note to elisat (from the old TAT). She lives in Madrid and would know if any such thing exists.

Hey Craig. How are you? I suppose she can try sports centers from Madrid municipality. There is one on casa de campo. Woo hoo! Thanks! Really appreciate it. I guess I didn't know about municipal sports centers. Will report back! And it's so weird to hear someone call you Craig. At first I thought it referred to Craig Hickman.dryrunguy wrote: ↑Wed Feb 16, 2022 11:35 pmHey Craig. How are you? I suppose she can try sports centers from Madrid municipality.
