Congratulations motobass, 2022 US Open YCWJ Champion!

Think it's easier to pick losers than winners? We'll see about that.

Motobass has won the 2022 US Open edition of You Can't Win Jack to make it two straight! In order to do so, he had two picks left going into the semifinals and one going into the final. And while none of his earlier rounds was stellar, all were good.

Simona Halep was, amazingly, the women's wooden spoon winner. She lost to Daria Snigur in the first round, who lost to Rebecca Marino in the second round, who lost to Zhang Shuai in the third round, who lost to Coco Gauff in the fourth round, who lost to Caroline Garcia in the quarterfinals, who lost to Ons Jabeur in the semifinals, who lost to Iga Swiatek in the final.

Ben Shelton was the men's ultimate loser. He lost to Nuno Borges, who lost to Wu Yibing, who lost to Daniil Medvedev, who lost to Nick Kyrgios, who lost to Karen Khachanov, who lost to Casper Ruud, who lost to Carlos Alcaraz.

Thank you all for playing, and see you next year for the Australian Open!

Congrats to Motobass! Pretty impressive that you have won both the Wimbledon, and the US Open YCWJ medals this year, back to back. :notworthy: We'll see if you can make it 3 in a row at the 2023 Australian Open!

Thanks to Tog for running this contest!

Oh! Thank you! I didn't see this separate post 'til Irena2 mentioned it just today. She went to see what folks here were posting about Roger.

I look forward to taking my chances going forward in the wooden spoon stakes. Still looking for that elusive Suicide Pool win.

See you all in Aussie Open season.
