Anthropophagy is when human flesh is used as a food. Adjacent concept is a cannibalism. This is when someone is eaten by the same species. So when human is eaten by human it is both anthropophagy and cannibalism. When human is eaten by dogs it is anthropophagy but not cannibalism. If dog is eaten by dogs it is cannibalism but not anthropophagy. But if a dog is eaten by humans it is a Korean cuisine.
