Zverev put up a good fight. He has to be disappointed with the result, but he has no reason to hang his head (I say that in relation to this match ONLY). I was expecting 62, 62 for Sinner. I got much better than that. Here's hoping Sasha doesn't say something boneheaded in the post-match interview or presser.

It has been too long since he has beaten either Jannik or Carlos. And, especially if you were close, this must not feel any good.

His game itself was quite positive. He still has some chances to get his slam, if he continues to plug away in this manner.
