Probably around there. Split appears amicable and mature this time, not like the last one that was clearly caused by a fight. A joint, identical statement. And they didn't scrub their respective accounts. Guess we'll see if this is really just a break or a full breakup.

Alona Ostapenko. Pretty sure this is an older photo, but she posted it again recently to wish her mom a Happy Birthday and it's one of the best she's ever taken imo.

Lucas Pouille became a father at the end of January. His daughter's name is Rose.

Gilles Simon is taking and "extended break" from tennis, as he is currently not enjoying it.

After that loss in the first round of the Australian Open it's not surprising.

At his age and with his style of play, sort of saying farewell.
He can be a very good coach as he reached a very high ranking with such limited weapons. I am sure he can open his own academy in France and be successful there.

If Simon could take Cornet et Paire with him that would be much appreciated

Just imagine Paire with Simon's court savvy.
Heck, imagine Paire with Alize's savvy...

Simon is - how shall I put it - rather subdued compared to the brash behaviour of many a French player.

Brand Updates: On TAT 1.0 someone said something like "but how many players have car sponsors? Not many, it's like Roger, Rafa, and Serena who gets those" and I replied, no quite a few have them.
