Vagrancy laws.
We had that in Vennieland (before the Chavez administration, must be said). It was called "The law of vagrants and thugs". If you were detained by the police (and in Venezuela, the police could stop you at any time, for no given reason), and you did not have at least Bs 5 in cash on you (a bit over $1), you could be considered a vagrant, and be thrown into jail. No more questions asked.
The potential in the USA to then "arrest" people because of this law is enormous. After all, how can you properly define "mentally fit"? Try to tell that to a cop.

Hey folks, I'm seeing this fake tweet go around. Karoline Leavitt didn't post this. She's never said this. It isn't real.

It undermines the efforts to get the Trump White House to finally release the Epstein files when disinformation like this is being spread.
