Last year's it lasted 5 hours (I kid you not). So, this year I told them I would run it (somebody has to chair it) and I was able to cut it down to 3 hours (still, far too much).
I am very popular (now!) with my neighbors.
But, coming back, Colombians are simply extremely fond of long meetings. And long speeches.
