In the single most obscure men's match of the day, Cazaux held serve all 27 times and still came within two points of losing to Bergs. After winning the first two sets easily, he lost the next two in tiebreaks and the fifth went to a tiebreak as well, where Cazaux jumped out to a 7-0 lead, blew that advantage to make it 8-8 (cue Megan complaining about the unnecessary extended tiebreaks) and then won the final two points to hold on.

Wild, wacky stuff, none of which would have even been shown on the five DirecTV Wimbledon channels that are no more, ruining my main source of Wimbledon viewing from the past 15 years or so.

haha! I do think the extended TB is silly. Three more points, whoopie. Not worth the confusion. But what a comeback from Bergs. Heartbreaking to lose it after the improbably comeback!
