NYS Gov Hochul can't even if she wants to.There's NYC and it's burbs (some of them and Staten Island is really NJ) and then comes UP South.

Won't be. He is from California, and the "fly over" states will not vote for a Californian or a New Yorker ever again.
But, he would be good.

He could be a candidate, though.
