But now she can focus on the mixed doubles.
Please. That is SO yesterday's news. Tsitsipas is dumping this old, broken-down battle axe, and, just perhaps, gonna invite the lovely Sakkari to play some mixed. His true soul mate. :gorgeous:
I think his father is his true soul mate.

His interview on Tennis Channel was cringe-worthy. We love honesty and all that. But praying for opponent giving him walkover. Boo, Bublik.
I will say: straight out of the ANDREI Medvedev's Book of Jokes.
Remember Andrei used to tell the most outrageous things, with a straight face, to see if the people would get the joke. This might have been one example of that.

At the time when Andrei was active I did follow him, but all I have access to were newspapers (actual hard paper versions). Internet was kind of expensive yet (aside from dial-up which was slow and unreliable). So I was not familiar with his interviews, apart from what he's done for Ukrainian papers and TV. If there were any jokes there, they were probably edited out ((

Medvedev was really funny at times, and it was because of that. He would say incredible things and not move a muscle on his face. One day he was asked about that, and he explained that he wanted the people to laugh because the joke was funny, not because he was laughing.
One of the few players worth following in the interview room.
And, indeed. At the time, you had to read about him. We were not at this level of internet scrutiny and availability.
