Table for six, courtesy of Sir Schwartzman. We offer a variation on an argentinean beef platter:

And we do our "maridage" with a fine wine from the Argentinean winery "Bodegas del fin del mundo", the vineyards from the end of the world, which is where you would rather be right now, I am sure:
