Do we have ability to create restricted threads, such as threads only available to staff? In TAT(1), we had a section restricted to Contest Staff, which allowed us to create all of the start-up posts for different contests, and then move them all to the public threads at one time. Are we going to be able to do that here?

They would basically be moderators for the contests.
However... nobody has volunteered for moderator. So I am waiting for the people that want to run contests to come forward. Then we can decide if they want to be solely CONTEST moderator or have some more access to other stuff.
Before we start '21, I believe we should have that ready. There might be a AMITS, or some other contest. So we should try to do that.
