The players over 25. I gather that's a dream come true. Good for them.

I also really, really like his kit. One of the better efforts by Nike in recent years.

All Cobolli could do was stare because who does that?

The third set was an almost continuous highlight reel from Carlitos.

I will give Cobolli credit too. He hit some very nice FH's.
And about Carlitos' shorts: I don't get the airplane flaps. Like... exhaust afterburners?
(Sinner also has them).

That's my only criticism of the kit. When I first saw it I thought the design went around the bottom of the shorts but like you said they're like flaps on a plane. Maybe they're designed that way to give the thigh more room and allow for less restriction in movement? Just a guess.

I'm assuming this was a Suicide Pick. Unfortunately it still wouldn't have done any good in the correct thread.

CRO B.Coric (15) vs ARG F.Coria
AUT D.Thiem vs ARG P.Cachin
GBR J.Draper vs ARG TM.Etcheverry
--- I.Ivashka vs AUS A.De Minaur (18)

JPN Y.Nishioka (27) vs USA JJ.Wolf
AUS M.Purcell vs AUS J.Thompson
FRA Q.Halys vs ARG G.Pella
Qualifié/lucky Loser vs --- D.Medvedev (2)

CRO B.Coric (15) vs ARG P.Cachin

ARG TM.Etcheverry vs AUS A.De Minaur (18)

JPN Y.Nishioka (27) vs AUS M.Purcell

ARG G.Pella vs BRA T.Seyboth Wild

This will sound harsh but this section was made to order for Medvedev. With him out while there are still three seeds in the mix it's wide open.

Coric could be the one coming out of this section. DeMinaur has the wheels but on clay, I would not chose him over Borna.

I would love to see Coric come through but he loses the plot sometimes and the pressure on him as the highest remaining seed could get to him.
