Can you beat the draw? Just one measly pick a day...

This is where you mourn your losing picks.
This is also where the vast majority of us will end up. Not quite as inevitable as death, but almost.

LOL. I mean- I KNEW Richie-Rich hadn't won a singles Slam match this year. But, he's just won some excellent matches. And, his opponent had recently been defaulting matches, and losing to the likes of Molleker (twice!!!!), Passaro, Weis, Shelbayh, etc., etc. AND, Gassy came back from two sets down this match. CERTAINLY, his experience would see him through now....

But, of course- no.

As solace, please serve me up a couple of formerly fresh and delicious :gorgeous: , but now stale, soggy, and tasteless hot cross buns. :|

I must say- excellent and prompt service. Far better than any TAT Pool Loser could expect. :gorgeous:

"Note that both Cerundolo brothers are playing in this half of the draw. If you are going to pick on of them, remember to include their first initial!
** I have already found a pick for Cerundolo without a first initial. I am hearby proclaiming that any "Cerundolo" pick without a first initial is "Cerundolo F." and not "Cerundolo J.M." because "Cerundolo F." is a reasonable pick, while "Cerundolo J.M." is not a very reasonable pick."

OH REALLY??

I think we need to be honest with ourselves, nelslus... After all our years of playing these SP's, we should have known better than to pick a French player in the first (or any) round. Wasn't that a long-running joke some years ago, even? Same as getting BondarenKO'd? ;) Ah well, I'll have a Franklin & Sons cola while awaiting my fate on the women's side.
My definition of an intellectual is someone who can listen to the William Tell Overture without thinking of the Lone Ranger.

Who is that in the corner, with both their cheeks out on Day 1?

Oh, it's me.

@nelslus I feel ya! I have been lulled onto the rocks by the siren song of those hot crossed buns before too - same round and same court, no less.

Soon he'll be able to kiss all the girls at the club he wants without having to explain anything to the officials.
