by ponchi101 Welcome to the playoffs! Here's a reminder of how the playoffs differs from the regular season: you will still pick the winner of each game, and will still give a confidence score in each. However, there are three differences:
Games are worth more:
Wild card: 5-10-15-20-25-30
Divisional: 12-24-36-48
Championship: 30-60
Super Bowl: 90
You will lose the amount of points you give if you pick a game incorrectly, e.g. a 10-point game would lose you 10 points if you lost rather than simply counting as 0. Because there is the mathematical possibility that you will not pick on any game, and therefore you could simply score a zero instead of negative points, non-picks are also counted as negative.
There will be a bonus of 30 points for getting all games in the Wild Card or Divisional rounds correct.
