JazzyG gets his/her 2nd spoon, in a tight contest. Scores are still pending, but no one can overtake that lead.
CONGRATS, JazzyG. Well played.

Re: CONGRATS to JazzyG, our 2024 AUssie Open YCWJ champ
Thanks for running this, ponch.
The funny thing is for the first time since I started entering the suicide pools somewhere around 2006 on the TAT1 board (have not missed a single slam in that run), I forgot to make picks for the men and women on the second day. It had never happened before, and I spent a lot more time following YCWJ in the early stages as a result, including watching on ESPN+ as one of my picks, Yafan Wang, overcame a 6-0, 3-0 deficit to beat Cirstea. I figured I would not last long at that point. The key match was Golubic beating Siniakova 6-4 in the third set of a close second round. If that match had gone the other way, I would have finished with 30 points. Now I can finish with 74 if Sabalenka wins the final.
