Paolini has been quite the revelation - beat BHM and now LF in short order.. both lefties but that probably is not a factor..

from what I could see on youtube, Paolini's footspeed is astounding, and Leylah didnt seem to have adjusted for it..kept hitting drop shots that Paolini not only reached but put away..

Data for my theory that, unless you are a Roger, Novak, Rafa or Serena, you can't take that much time away from this sport. Too tough to come back just like that. Practice will only get you so far.
