I predict Andreescu beating Paolini. Otherwise more or less according to rankings.

Andreescu Paolini is certainly one of the interesting matches today, also Raducanu-Sakkari....will tell us a lot about how certain players are recovering from persistent injuries. Kasatkina is in devastating form, should beat Badosa...though I am not sure she really has a grass court game .Bublik could well defeat Paul .I was not impressed with Paul at Queen's ...

Not sure how long the break from rain will last, but they have been able to start play on the outside courts in the last 15 minutes.

Not going that way, but a very interesting match so far. Andreescu fading now, and I am surprised at the quality of Paolini's strokes.

Paolini better than expected on grass. The big story however might turn out to be Alcaraz vs Tiafoe.

This is bo5 and one set is no big deal. Alcaraz will win in 4.

Are you completely sure about that? Most likely Alcaraz will win, but I'd not rule out an upset here just yet. Tiafoe is a serious opponent.

But Tiafoe does not mind losing to non-clowns. And Carlitos isn't a clown.

You can't be 100% sure until the last ball played. But yeah, pretty much sure, barring something strange happen (injury, etc.)

Navarro to the 4th round.
I know she was, how do you say this politely, questioned at the beginning because of her dad buying a tournament. But the woman is up to #17, she has some gorgeous strokes and is moving up slowly. She lacks size but, given a couple of breaks in the draw, she can reach a slam final (ala Paolini). If she finds proper coaching for that second set, she could be a solid OTHER to contest slams.
Plus, I love the demeanor. Count me a fan.

Can we agree now that Carlito is in a real trouble?

I only can see a scoreboard, I'm not watching the match. What happened? Tiafoe found his groove that was lost for 2 years? Or something is wrong with Alcaraz?

Alcaraz perhaps not at the top of his game, but Tiafoe playing extremely well suddenly.
