WTA Finals Predictions

This contest is open to all TAT members who wish to participate. You can sign up by submitting picks for a current (or future) tournament. All information for the contest is in the 2024 PREDICTION CONTEST INSTRUCTIONS stickie.

I wasn’t paying attention until I noticed jatajen sent picks for the WTA finals which start on Saturday 11/2. Due to the lack of notice, predictions will not be due until Monday 11/4. Prediction deadlines for ATP tournaments will be posted separately.

I had already decided that I didn’t want to score every round robin match and to just have predictions for the semifinalists, finalists and winners. Scoring will be 4 points for semifinalists, 6 points for finalists and 8 points for the winner.

Predictions for the WTA FINALS are due:

MON 11/4 Riyadh 3:30 pm; GMT 12:30 pm; EST 7:30 am; PST 4:30 am.

Yes, we get one free round, two matches, for each group with two more each to go. Just pick the top two for each group for the semifinalists, the two finalists and the winner.

What will the schedule be for this week's ATP tournaments? I'll send in my picks now, just in case.

Looks like they both "should" have been before start of play today, so assuming / hoping we're not doing them?
