I can't find day 11 picks either, so please let this be my official decree. I take
Zverev
for day 11.

Re: UPDATED 2024 FOSP Men's Picks and Results Thread
I see Ruud- Djokovic in the list of matches for tomorrow, but hasn't historically that not been allowed if the withdraw is known before OOP is released? Maybe I am just imagining that though
If so that means we have two who can still beat draw (although it will be down to at most one after tomorrow.)

My fault the Day 11 pick thread didn't go up earlier. If you made a pick here before 5 am ET/11 am Paris time, it will count. Sorry!

Yes. I can't recall a W/O this late in any SP. Historically we have not allowed it, but this time, because the options are so few, we have decided to let it be. So the two people that perhaps were really saving him for the QF's can follow their strategy.ptmcmahon wrote: ↑Wed Jun 05, 2024 2:55 am I see Ruud- Djokovic in the list of matches for tomorrow, but hasn't historically that not been allowed if the withdraw is known before OOP is released? It is odd, but we hope people will be understanding of this special situation.

We thought it was wrong to make people choose from only one match. We'll discuss the new policy after this SP.ptmcmahon wrote: ↑Wed Jun 05, 2024 2:55 am I see Ruud- Djokovic in the list of matches for tomorrow, but hasn't historically that not been allowed if the withdraw is known before OOP is released? Yeah there can be that many winners. We'll have a playoff to figure out the prize winner. TBD.

Wound up a moot point anyway as Alvin picked Zverev and Cyborgshoes lost yesterday!meganfernandez wrote: ↑Wed Jun 05, 2024 1:02 pmWe thought it was wrong to make people choose from only one match. Congrats to all the SFists. I got bored and went for the kamikaze pick. Now I can enjoy the semis lol. Good Luck to Alvin - hope you beat the draw.

Re: UPDATED 2024 FOSP Men's Picks and Results Thread
So it looks like we lost two due to no picks last round actually. Plus we lost two de Minaur pickers. So down to ten.
Eight of us have just Alcaraz, natlee has just Sinner, and Alvin has Ruud & Sinner. So assuming everyone picks:
- If Alcaraz & Ruud win and Alvin picks Ruud for tomorrow we have 9 winners
- If Alcaraz & Ruud win and Alvin picks Sinner for tomorrow we have 8 winners
- If Alcaraz & Zverev win we have 8 winners
- If Sinner & Ruud win Alvin will be sole winner as Alvin will have a pick for finals and no one else will
- If Sinner & Zverev win and Alvin picks Sinner for tomorrow we have 2 winners
- If Sinner & Zverev win and Alvin picks Ruud for tomorrow then Natlee is sole winner
Alvin currently has picked Sinner but still lots of time to change!

And Alvin can beat the draw if Sinner wins the SF and Ruud wins the title, right?ptmcmahon wrote: ↑Thu Jun 06, 2024 2:43 pm So it looks like we lost two due to no picks last round actually. Plus we lost two de Minaur pickers. So down to ten.

Yup.
(Or if Alvin switches and Sinner beats Ruud for the title!)

Congrats, all fellow winners! My very first win. It seems like a small thing but I am stoked LOL!
