havent seen any videos of this year but going by last year, the court seems medium paced, roughly comparable with Korea..
Alcaraz will like the court but does he have any energy left after Laver Cup?
Sabalenka will like the court too but she may have mentally shut down after the USO.. it may be best to asterisk this one.. no Rybakina, no Swiatek..
No, c'mon. You don't asterisk any tournament because somebody did not go. Imagine if we start doing that; how many tournaments would then be "worthy"?
There will be 64 players there. That validates anything.

Does she have a SERVING coach? That is the sole part that needs immediate attention. She won the Open with her other strokes.
Anisimova. I know this is PC incorrect to ask, but last time I saw her play, her body looks different. Did she get some aesthetics treatment? She looks bigger (sorry).
I understand the question and I don't remember the girls being that big either. She needs to talk to the people who make bras for Serena though. I think they're a company called Berlei and they're based in Australia.
Serena had mentioned a few brands she wore but I thought half the time she wasn't wearing the right fit (or maybe material).
I think Anisimova just aged, you keep growing until 25 (she's 23). The rest of her body looks changed too.

Happy to note Muchova is playing, and well, too, in Beijing..she needs the match practice if she is to win majors, as she should ..I thought she was undercooked against Pegula at the USO..

Shuai Zhang snapped a 24 match losing streak with her win over McCartney Kessler. Only one player (Madeleine Pegel with 29) since the open era has had a longer string of losses, and that was back at the start of the tour when I'm sure there was a wide range in the level of skills for players.

I'm wondering if Vince's Spadea 21 was ever outdone in ATP history.
Wikipedia says he is still the record holder
One of these days I'll get around and write a code to check for this ) Essentially it will be a variation of winning streaks check, which is already incorporated in the weighted ranking. But still needs time to actually do it and test the results. So far the life is too hectic with war and all that.

How are you managing with the war .? Sounds terrible...
