Due to the background it took me a minute to see exactly what she was doing. Not a smart move by her or her coach.

Wow, wow, wow. Hold the horses. You don't know what she is doing. Her chopsticks are at her temples, but that is a split second shot.
And whatever it is she has in front of her is not Chinese food.
Can we have some context on the picture before we (or this guy) decides she is "mocking Chinese people"?

For example: "Man, this (place an event here) happened and my head is spinning".

To me the cover shot is the worst of the pictures we're shown. Pics 2 & 3 are marvelous. We know what her side hustle is/will be. I wonder if she's on Anna Wintour's radar since Anna is such a tennis fan.



ETA: Looking at the cover shot again I'm watching a Chinese drama where the women are wearing hanfu that are shaped almost like the gown QZ is wearing, and I really don't like the style. Also, the makeup is too heavy.
