I am sure you guys arent following it, but India's richest man has been accused of securities fraud and whatnot by the FBI. Now that Kash Patel has been appointed FBI director, I am willing to bet those charges will be dropped.

‪Palmer Report‬ ‪@palmerreport.com‬

The same mainstream media that dishonestly forced Biden out of the race and dishonestly helped a monster win the election will now dishonestly attack Biden for trying to protect his son from said monster
I don't always agree with Palmer Report but I think this sums it up nicely. In the real world the case would never have gone to trial.

This is dumb. Did Trump's pardon of Charles Kushner include anyone else? Did his pardons of Roger Stone & Paul Manafort apply to his former lawyer Michael Cohen? Pardons apply only to the individual they are meant for &, in a properly functioning system, each is considered on its merits.

Of course, we know what's coming. Trump will use this pardon to justify ones he will issue for J6 defendants. He may do that in a big group, w/out considering individuals' records, propensity to commit future crimes, & the other considerations that go into issuing pardons in a normal administration.

Pardon of Hunter Biden is in the best interests of justice. Based on the facts, most federal prosecutors would have declined to charge him. The botched misdemeanor guilty plea and sentence of diversion were a tell that the special counsel had the same assessment.

If you know the facts of the 6-year campaign leading up to Hunter's prosecution, it is very difficult to argue pardon is corrupt (which is what Biden says in his statement).

Problem is most of you don't know those details, and as a result are involved in covering up Trump's corruption.

It is LITERALLY a crime for the President to demand tax investigations of people. It is LITERALLY true that Trump got involved in Hunter's investigation while President.

The Delaware judge said that didn't matter.

If your whine about the Hunter pardon does not account for:
1) Trump withholding appropriated $$ to get dirt on Hunter
2) Rudy soliciting dirt from known RU spy for same
3) Barr setting up side channel to ingest that
4) SOMEHOW informant framing Joe Biden with transparently false claim
5) After Trump calls Barr to demand more Hunter Biden prosecution, Barr ordering it to be shared w/Hunter team
6) 2 year evidence free impeachment effort built on this
7) Barr mouthing off about frame job
8) GOP House efforts to kill plea deal for political gain
9) Prosecutors reneging on plea deal to chase the frame job
10) Prosecutors first investigating gun crime after realizing frame job was a frame-up
11) Prosecutors pretending political effort had no effect after investigators testified it had
12) Prosecutors suppressing dodgy documents
If your complaint does not incorporate those facts, then you are involved in covering up Trump/GOP corruption.

This is why many of you are wrong about this pardon.

To be clear, I wasn't suggesting the Hunter Biden pardon was good or bad. I just communicated it.

That said, I approach presidential pardons with a high level of suspicion. If I understand things correctly, Hunter Biden was convicted of a gun charge. I know the details of that case are a bit messy. But he was convicted, and my gut tells me he should have been sentenced for it. Anyone on TAT would have been sentenced for the same charge and conviction.

It's the optics. And the fact the rules are different for conservatives (unjustifiably so) don't remove it. He should have been sentenced and served his time just like the rest of us would have.

A huge thanks to Bill Barr for choosing to stay quiet about all of this, just so he could include it in a book later—regardless of the harm it caused to the country. Truly disgraceful.

🚨 Jane Mayer writes that Trump DoD nominee Pete Hegseth was drunk at work in prior jobs & tolerated & participated in sexual harassment while ignoring at least one employee complaint of an assault. Gotta go.

Let's not forget that a man convicted of sexual assault and found guilty on 34 felony counts is now going to be occupying the White House.

Trump pardoned his son-in-law's daddy, his campaign manager who lied to protect him, his NSA who lied to protect him, his Coffee Boy who lied to protect him, his rat-(expletive) who lied to protect him, & his former campaign manager who had just helped him launch an insurrection.

Pete Hegseth published a story saying sex with an unconscious woman isn’t rape. To be clear, he didn’t write it, but he published it.

This is who Trump the misogynist, sexual predator relates to ~ other misogynistic sexual predators. It’s beyond disgusting. 🤢

It's going to be interesting to see how much nonsense, like many of his choices, is tolerated. Some one or some thing will be just a step too far, wonder what it will be.

Yes, people don't understand tariffs. But claiming they are a tax is not true, because if you don't buy that product, you don't pay it.
That is also true for Sales tax/VAT
