I'm also putting my tax documents together. I was on the IRS site a couple of weeks ago to make sure everything I needed was there. Today I had to give biometric information including facial recognition just to get the same information.

I'm not kidding when I say I feel violated.

Even after everything else you and other TAT'ers have posted about what is going on in America this year... I'm still gobsmacked.

I guess this is my time of year for random adventures.

I could not get my MacBook Pro to load anything. If I never see that spinning pinwheel again it will be too soon.

Going through the Apple site was not helpful. He had me reinstall the OS that I had just updated last week.

Then I got another man who had no idea what to do and tossed me over to Senior Support where I finally got someone with a thick Midwestern accent who got me up and running in about 20m.

He told me that if I run into a language issue going forward to just ask for senior support.

I have problems with my MAC's once in a blue moon as the saying goes but I will remember to do that if another problem arises.

I'm sorry I couldn't post my usual tournament info but I should be able to do so today.

This is true.

That said I haven't used a PC in many years. This is the first problem I've had with my MacBookPro in six plus years.
