No. It would be fair. But Rios was different. Rios gave an air of disdain, like he really did not care about the game. He was a putz, but in a different way.
And Rios never said anything interesting. You have to admit that Medvedev has said a couple of funny things here and there.

72 hours ago I would have put the chances of any sort of apology at 10% — it’s just never been like her to back off — so I was pleasantly surprised to see this. Im sure it won’t be sufficient outside of tennis but it’s not nothing for those inside it.
