I'm pretty sure someone doing the TC commentary mentioned that was a possibility and then went on to say Zverev had been given a pill or something (or perhaps that was about a different match, I don't know). But it's a thing for him that pops up every now and then.

He is diabetic, right? But I say it was the night before. The rallies between him and Daniil were intense, because you can't pass anybody in this court.

This kind of court at the end of the year will just add fuel to the fire of tournament scheduling.

Actually I was wrong about this - looked at the ranking instead of the race. They are 160 points apart in the race. 250s final gives 165 points. So if Felix does nothing at Metz and Musetti makes a final, then Musetti stays ahead (provided Felix does nit win Paris)
