Finally got around to watching it (I sub to JK on YT ) It was not too bad, didn't seem overly self conscious. Can't say it wasn't partly rehearsed but she did seem to be fairly relaxed. I'd say worth a watch if you are considering it.meganfernandez wrote: ↑Fri Nov 05, 2021 12:53 pmI wonder if it was remotely interesting. I find Serena mostly super rehearsed or extremely self-conscious. Rarely interesting in interviews. I know she has another side of her personality, but I have rarely seen her act what I'd consider natural and charming. Probably why I have always been ambivalent about her as a fan, sometimes rooting for her but never really caring.

Re: Tennis Players Random, Random 2.0
Judging by what you can glimpse of the sign in the background, seems like this might be for the premiere of King Richard.

It was the premier of "King Richard". Eyebrows were raised by the elder sister Williams though...

More from the premier. Frances girlfriend is the one who did all of Serena's action shots. I believe she's a NCAA champion in tennis.

Bloomfield played for UCLA. Thanks for the photos and info. Is it odd that Serena and Venus didn't do her own action shots? Why didn't they just play the adult versions of themselves?

Tennis Players Random, Random 2.0
Wait, WTT is currently going on in California? It was great last summer as one 3-week event. Was looking forward to it this year and now it’s up against both year-end finals. Guess I will just watch the championships match.

.
^ It seems that in every photo I see of Serena with her daughter, the kid is dressed just like Serena. This isn't necessarily surprising, given Serena's ego - but maybe it's time to start encouraging the kid to develop her own identity...
Also, who plays Shino in the movie?

Why would they? It's not a documentary.meganfernandez wrote: ↑Mon Nov 15, 2021 7:48 pm Bloomfield played for UCLA. Thanks for the photos and info. Is it odd that Serena and Venus didn't do her own action shots? Why didn't they just play the adult versions of themselves?
