Re: Talk about the NFL
Well, they know what to draft this season.
And I am sure most of the pressures were on the second half.

As expected, JJ Watt is leaving the dumpster fire that is the Houston Texans.

Ok, now there is no way Watson stays.
One man. O'brien. That is all it takes to bring an organization down. One bad trade, and it all goes to hell.

Re: Talk about the NFL
It's becoming clear that it's not really O'Brien, though he wasn't good. There's a guy named Jack Easterby that has entirely too much influence on the owner, who is likely not qualified for the job he holds, has risen up an odd career track and is not using sound judgment to make decisions. More, letting the Lord lead him to the right decision kind of a thing. Not kidding.
I mentioned this before when Andre Johnson spoke up on behalf of Deshaun, and just the sheer number of Texan players that have agreed with him have made it clear what's going on there. The owner is following the words of a pastor that seems to have the influence of a cult leader.

Children in cages. 400k and counting dead from a mutating virus. THIS is what keeps her up at night?

I recommend she really never goes out again. It may be tough to face the REAL world, being this woman.

Maybe she'll get the public apology she's clearly looking for. Tom's been apologizing a bit more than usual lately, but kinda think she's going to be waiting a while on this one. People are absolutely laughing at ole girl, so public pressure is likely going to be very low where he doesn't feel the need to do it even if it wouldn't be genuine.

Re: Talk about the NFL
And will he really start for the Colts? I know Indy gets two picks, neither too high, but they truly need a QB now that Rivers has retired.
I really know nothing about football. These trades make no sense to me, ever.

Re: Talk about the NFL
The head coach of the Colts was on the Eagles staff during Wentz's best year in 2017, so those that believe his problems are fixable think reuniting with Frank, his old offensive coordinator, or his old QB coach, John DeFilippo with the Bears, will magically make this happen. They ignore his weak and fragile ego and his many injuries since then. We'll see. Carson needing this much hand holding and ego massaging is pitiful, and it's not like Doug Pederson isn't a former QB coach and Offensive Coordinator that surely taught Frank and John some of what they know, so him being this version of pitiful of late doesn't seem all that fixable to me, but guess we'll see.
