2023 AUSSIE OPEN YCWJ || Scores and lounge
I will post our picks soon, because some people are already seeing their losers be winners.
It will be a link to a spreadsheet.
Because I am inputting the picks manually, please check them. There are several Asian last names that are very similar and we need to make sure you got the right one.

This is already a crash and burn for me. My top three ATP picks won yesterday.

Two of mine. Two qualifiers from Japan and China. But it seems that a lot of wins in this pool, this time.

Great!
Now my top WTA pick wins her match. The only good thing is that she is on my AMitS team.

Better than expected so far because I usually suck. My 2nd ATP pick won his match. But the other 3 lost as I hoped. For the WTA, one still to play; my 4th pick won...go figure, but picks 1 and 2 lost for me.
Re: 2023 AUSSIE OPEN YCWJ || Scores and lounge
My first 6 picks are wrong (won). 2 are still waiting to play. Do I get some type of wooden utensil if I go 0 for 8? lol

You will get mentioned and eternal immortality in our lore.
Or momentary mortality. Or a walk of shame. Or... I don't know, but that would actually break the record for lowest scores ever. So, sure, we'll figure it out.

Because of yesterday's delay, there are a few matches pending, so we will update results tomorrow.
BTW. NO perfect scores this time. It has been rough on almost everybody.

The WTA and ATP picks are reversed on my tab. Alas, not that it matters... A lot of my hoped-for losers won, too.

Corrected.
It may matter. Scores are very low this time. You are NOT out of competition.

With the end of the first round, we can post scores.
Tenedab was the high score, but there were no perfect scores this time. Actually, most scores were on the low side. Ironmike was one match away from snatching my record of the lowest score ever (2) as he posted a 3. He is in good position to be the wooden spoon of the wooden spoons, not an easy feat.
Because there are several players with the same last name (the Chinese battalion), please check your tab in the spreadsheet to see if I got your pick right.
On we move to the second round.

Re: 2023 AUSSIE OPEN YCWJ || Scores and lounge
This was all-time stuff for me. I went 48-16 in the Tennis Channel racket bracket contest for the WTA first round, good enough for the top 55, but still managed to go 1-3 here with my YCWJ picks. That's an unlikely combo.
But to top it off, I misspelled two of my ATP picks so badly that I probably should have been disqualified on the spot. I was sober when I made then, so I don't know what the heck was going on there.

My score isn't in the table? I'm in the spreadsheet and I have a score, 14. Just not in the pic you posted?
