Muguruza has announced plans to step away from tennis, miss the clay and grass seasons (where she has won 2 majors!) i doubt she will come back.. must have lost her desire for the game..?

I wonder that too. Petra, 4 years her elder, just showed that there are some last hurrah's for players over 30. But Mugu is now well below the 130 mark. Sure, Wild cards await, but seedings not. Who knows if she has the energy to put up the effort.

Mentioned during the broadcast today, but didn't see anything posted in this thread. Shelby is newly engaged.

Wish them well.
Chaning subjects. Does anybody know about the band that she is wearing (not the ring, the wrist band). Pegula is also wearing it, but I can't find on line what are they. Most likely a sports band, but can't find the brand or anything related to them.

The grey one. Not a watch (or, at least, it has a very hard to read dial) and it is sort of big for a regular Fit-Bit or the similar brands.

Well, you now do not buy the band. You become a member of whoop, which you have to renew, and then they ship the band.JazzNU wrote: ↑Fri Apr 07, 2023 12:10 amNot sure for Jess, this is going to be what Shelby is wearing

Sort of like, thanks. Garmin does some pretty good stuff too.

Anyone watch the Brooke Shields docuseries? Andre Agassi does not come off as a particularly great guy. he's portrayed as controlling, jealous, and quite emotionally immature.
