Why would they? It's not a documentary.
Wouldn't have to be. I don't think that matters.... Serena loves movies and acting. No one knows those roles better. Maybe they thought it would be distracting or the age would have looked off.

Saw an ad for it during the WTA final.

I was surprised to find it (live) on NBCSN. In fact the only reason I changed from TC was because it seemed like they left the WTA celebration too quickly to get to a replay of ATP match from earlier today.

Saw something I hadn't before - chair indicated Eubanks said "out" when player rebutted saying he said "nope" or something equivalent. Both teams then disagreed with the ump.

Anyway, was nice to see some doubles and the format is interesting as always.

I will say though - sparsely attended is an understatement. I am certain if I watched long enough I could easily provide a count of the attendance

A bit funny name actually. Via Flaminia is a major Roman road leading from Rome to Rimini.

Yeah, they were giving away tickets. Literally, Sloane was giving them away on social media. Shame... I wanna say last year's event at the Greenbrier Resort had decent attendance, but it was the only tennis happening at the time, in July 2020. I really like the format and the action, when I've seen it. And rec players also play WorldTeam Tennis. Seems like they could make a stronger connection between the two and make more fans care.

Definitely falling in the random category - my company posted videos from the virtual Sales & Marketing Kickoff. The theme for this year was "Limitless". I'm browsing through the videos and one of the guest speakers was Venus. It was an interview format with our Sales VP. For obvious reasons I can't post a link. I wouldn't say it was great (the video Sir Mo Farah did was excellent), but it may have been more due to the way the questions were asked. Even so, still pretty cool to come across it on our company site.

She's a pretty girl. As long as her roots aren't problematic and dominating in an unfortunate way, she looks pretty most of the time. I've said it before, but If she can break into the top 20 and stay there as expected, she's ready to be one of the faces of the WTA (and ready for her SI Swimsuit photoshoot).
